We are currently looking for a Transport Controller to join our agile team.Duties will include:Allocating transport & logistics for our machines within our own tilt trays and contractor transportAssisting with Allocating for Operator/Transport jobsDealing with internal departments for booking transportCreating and approving Purchase orders for transportGeneral Office administrationSourcing the best possible transport rates and availabilityAssist in ensuring maintenance, safety and compliance of all trucks is maintainedLiaising with customers for delivery,



collection times and access to sitesAbility to follow up and respond to ALL duties/tasks/enquiriesAssist Accounts with invoice enquiries regarding transportTo be successful in this role you must have:Exceptional organizational and customer service skillsGood clear English with a good phone mannerHigh level multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environmentWork well under pressure with a PROACTIVE attitudePrior experience within the access hire industry preferredHigh level of communication skills to liaise with high turnover of calls and emailsThis is a rewarding and challenging position with an attractive salary package offered to the successful the candidate.
