Known for our hands-on approach, strong project outcomes and commitment to quality, we are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Labourer to join our site team and assist in the delivery of a landmark multi-residential development on the Fraser Coast.About the RoleWorking as part of our site-based construction team, you will provide general labouring support across a busy multi-residential construction site.You will assist with a range of day-to-day site activities, including general labouring, site preparation and clean-up, material handling, assisting trades and maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is willing to pitch in wherever needed to help keep the project moving safely and efficiently.This is a casual, site-based position paid at an hourly rate, with regular hours available for the right candidate.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general construction labouring duties as directed by site managementAssist trades and subcontractors with day-to-day site activitiesAssist with the movement, loading, unloading and distribution of construction materialsMaintain clean, protected and organised work areas throughout the siteAssist with site preparation, clean-up and general housekeepingSet up and maintain temporary site protection and safety measures as requiredAssist with deliveries and the movement of materials around the siteOperate basic hand and power tools where appropriately trained and authorisedFollow all site safety procedures,



SWMS and directions from site managementIdentify and report potential safety hazards or site issuesAssist the wider construction team as required to support project milestones and programme requirementsContribute to a positive site culture focused on safety, teamwork and performanceSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:Previous experience working as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within the building and construction industryExperience on commercial, multi-residential or large-scale construction sites will be highly regardedTrade qualification in Carpentry or a related building trade will be highly regardedA strong work ethic and reliable approach to workGood physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual labouring dutiesA proactive attitude and willingness to assist across a variety of site tasksAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamGood understanding of construction site safety requirementsAbility to use basic hand and power tools safelyCurrent Construction White CardCurrent Driver's Licence and reliable transportFull Australian working rightsAdditional tickets and licences, including Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant construction tickets, will be highly regarded but are not essential.The PositionCasual, site-based position on the Fraser CoastCompetitive hourly rate, commensurate with experienceRegular weekday hours available, with occasional Saturdays as requiredOpportunity to work on a landmark multi-residential developmentSupportive and experienced site teamPipeline of future projects on the Fraser CoastPotential for ongoing work for the right candidateWhy Join Us?
