We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Duty Manager to join our leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the hotel's daily operations, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.THE ROLEAs Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations while maintaining the highest standards of guest service.
You will be a visible leader, supporting operational departments, mentoring team members, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.Working closely with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping and other key departments, you will ensure operational excellence while contributing to the hotel's commercial success.Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service delivery.Supervise, coach and mentor Front Office team members to build a positive, high-performing culture.Manage guest feedback, complaints and service recovery with confidence and professionalism.Resolve operational challenges quickly while maintaining service standards.Coordinate effectively with Front Office, Concierge, Guest Services, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.Drive team performance through clear communication, recognition and accountability.Ensure compliance with hotel policies,



procedures and luxury service standards.Support the achievement of operational and financial objectives by understanding departmental performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.Act as the senior point of contact during shifts, making sound operational decisions and supporting the wider hotel team.ABOUT YOUYou are an experienced hospitality leader who leads by example and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
You have excellent communication skills, remain calm under pressure and are passionate about developing people and delivering operational excellence.A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or premium hospitality setting.Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams.Outstanding communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.A proactive, solutions-focused approach to guest service and operations.A solid understanding of luxury hospitality standards and personalised guest experiences.Experience using Opera Cloud (highly regarded).
