Work Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
Remuneration: Retainer and Commission

Remuneration

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-first approach
Build rapport and long-term relationships with patients
Maintain high clinical standards with accurate documentation and ethical care
Work collaboratively with the principal dentist and multidisciplinary team
Demonstrate strong communication and case-presentation skills

You must:
Be confident in general, surgical and restorative dentistry
Have strong communication & case presentation skills
Be comfortable discussing comprehensive treatment plans
Be motivated to build long-term patient relationships
Be open to mentorship and structured performance feedback
Have current AHPRA registration & Australian work rights
Be willing to work across both locations if required
Interest or experience in the following is highly regarded:
