You'll work with a passionate and supportive team while helping deliver technologies that empower clinics and shape the future of aesthetics.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, organised, hands‐on, and customer‐focused Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to join our team.This is a fast‐paced and physically demanding role responsible for coordinating international and domestic shipments, managing inventory, and supporting the coordination of delivery and installation of medical devices across Australia and New Zealand.The successful candidate will need to confidently manage multiple competing priorities, shifting deadlines, and time‐sensitive logistics requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organisation.
A proactive, adaptable, and solutions‐focused approach is essential, as no two days are the same.This role requires someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience and understands the importance of delivering a seamless and professional customer journey through strong coordination, communication, and follow‐through.The role involves regular manual handling, stock movement,

You are meticulous, proactive, reliable, physically capable, and enjoy a hands‐on role where organisation, accountability, and adaptability are critical to success.You understand the importance of accuracy, urgency, and teamwork, and are looking to join a supportive and growing global organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate international and domestic freight movements, including receiving, packing, dispatch, and shipment trackingManage delivery and installation coordination of medical devices across Australia and New ZealandMaintain accurate inventory records and support regular stocktake activitiesPrepare stock and devices for demonstrations, exhibitions, loans, customer deliveries,



and training eventsOversee internal stock movements and ensure accurate tracking across systemsSupport day‐to‐day logistics coordination across internal teams and stakeholdersManage and maintain demo and loan device registers to ensure availability and traceabilityAssist with warehouse organisation, stock movement, and operational coordination activitiesSupport urgent operational requests while managing conflicting deadlines and prioritiesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and inventory processesWhat You'll BringPrevious experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory coordination, or a similar operational roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyA proactive, hands‐on, and solutions‐focused approachAbility to work effectively in a fast‐paced and physically demanding environmentHigh attention to detail and strong accountabilityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using inventory, CRM, and ERP systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite is highly regardedCompetency using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and ExcelValid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleExperience within the aesthetics, healthcare, or medical device industry is highly regarded but not essential.Why Join Alma?
