You'll play a key role in team leadership and step up into higher responsibilities when required.What You Will Be DoingDriving the team to achieve sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets in line with GP expectationsDelivering an exceptional customer experience, resolving issues with empathy and careSupporting rostering to ensure the right coverage while staying within the store wage budgetLeading store walkthroughs and VM execution to keep product placement commercial and on-brandStepping up in the Store Manager's absence, including payroll, timecards and full store operationsCoaching and developing the team,
