You'll manage the portfolio from end to end, including leasing, inspections and landlord communication, while working alongside an experienced team that genuinely supports one another.Key responsibilitiesManage a portfolio of approximately 160 residential propertiesConduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspectionsManage your own leasing from enquiry through to move-inBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsCoordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt resolutionsEnsure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislationUtilise Property Tree and Inspection Manager to efficiently manage your portfolioSkills & experienceApproximately 12 months' experience in residential property management,
