You will take full ownership of the franchise.
You will manage high-volume categories including Golden Casket Lottery, tobacco, and giftware.
This role requires a hands-on leader.

and payroll.Maintain high service standards and resolve customer complaints efficiently.Ensure strict adherence to health department and regulatory requirements.Maintain a positive relationship with the franchisor and meet brand expectations.Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a Retail Manager or Store Manager.Solid knowledge of Golden Casket Lottery systems is highly regarded.Experience in stock control and inventory auditing.Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and roster staff.Excellent communication and customer conflict resolution skills.Ability to analyze sales data and implement growth strategies.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
