healthy communities.What You'll DoWelcome and connect with practice members in a warm and professional wayManage bookings, payments, communications, and daily office operationsSupport the Chiropractor to deliver a seamless practice experienceKeep the practice clean, organised, efficient, and full of positive energyHelp coordinate and attend community events to support practice growthWho You AreExperienced in administration or reception (1+ years required)Confident, engaging, and naturally great with peopleOrganised, detail-oriented, and reliableHealth-minded and passionate about wellnessA positive team player who takes pride in their roleThe DetailsCasual roleApproximately 25.5 hours per week availableMonday 7:30am - 11:30am & 1:30pm - 6:30pmTuesday 2:00pm - 6:30pmWednesday 2:00pm - 6:30pmThursday 2:00pm - 6:30pmParticipation in virtual company trainings and meetingsOccasional weekend availability for community eventsTraining provided within a supportive, health-focused teamHow does the selection process work?
