You will work alongside consumers to help them navigate services and systems, identify their strengths and goals, and develop social, vocational, and community connections that promote recovery and inclusion.Working within a recovery-oriented, person-centred, and trauma-informed framework, you will partner with consumers, carers, health professionals, and community organisations to support individuals in living meaningful lives within their communities.
You will assist consumers to access a range of community-based supports, including housing, disability services, employment, education, and social opportunities, while promoting choice, self-determination,
