Family Services Case Manager (0.7 FTE)Part time | Fixed-term to 30 June ****Glen Waverley (Vic) | 1 day WFHSalary: $99,086-$107,000 + superannuation (pro rata)We're recruiting a Family Services Case Manager to support vulnerable and at-risk families with children aged 0-17.
This role focuses on strengthening parenting capacity and supporting safer, more stable family environments through evidence-based, strengths-based practice, delivered largely in the family home.The roleIn this position you will:Provide case management and case planning to families with multiple and complex needsConduct complex assessments and deliver targeted, solution-focused interventionsSupport families to build parenting capacity, stability, and safetyWork collaboratively with key stakeholders including The Orange Door and Child Protection / Protective ServicesMaintain strong partnerships with external services to ensure co-ordinated and seamless supportProvide guidance and support to colleagues and other service providers as requiredWhat you'll bringBachelor of Social work or equivalent, a relevant Diploma (Community Services)
