As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning services to a diverse client base, leveraging your expertise to provide strategic advice and solutions.Key responsibilitiesConducting comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients to understand their financial objectives and circumstancesDeveloping and implementing tailored financial plans that align with clients' long-term goalsProviding strategic advice on investments, superannuation, insurance,



tax planning and retirement strategiesBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through regular review meetings and ongoing communicationEnsuring compliance with relevant financial services regulations and internal policiesIdentifying opportunities to expand client relationships and manage a growing client portfolioCollaborating with team members and support staff to deliver seamless client serviceWhat we're looking forMinimum of 2-5 years' experience as a financial adviser or in a related financial planning roleStrong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, superannuation and tax-effective wealth planningCurrent or ability to obtain relevant financial services licenses (such as Australian Financial Services Licensee accreditation or equivalent skilled qualifications)Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearlyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detailProficiency with financial planning software and general IT systemsA professional demeanour and commitment to ethical business practicesExperience in business development and client acquisition is highly desirableTertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or business are preferredWhat we offerFull Back office support onshore$*******k + Super salary + BonusGenuine Opportunity to equityCareer pathway to leadership
