You'll be hands-on with customers while coaching and motivating the team to deliver great results.Lead from the front on the store floor, directly working with customers and inspiring their home styling choicesCoach and support Sales Team Members to build confidence, product knowledge and sales capabilityHelp drive store performance through clear targets, daily focus and strong customer outcomesPartner with the Store Manager to manage priorities, rosters and smooth day-to-day operationsMaintain high visual merchandising standards and a safe, welcoming store environmentUse in-store systems to support the sales journey and customer follow-upWho we're looking for:You're a confident emerging leader looking for your next step, or perhaps a tenured leader ready for a new challenge.
