Workforce International are seeking Trades Assistants for ongoing works in the Kurri Kurri area.
As a Trades Assistant, you will support the construction, assembly and modification of production and manufacturing equipment & facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor with one of Australia's premier precast companies and progress into a role in manufacturing.
About the role:
$***** - $*****/hour + OT
ASAP start for the right person
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday shifts
Casual role with potential for permanency for the right candidate
What you'll be doing:
Assisting tradespeople on site as required
Operating hand and power tools such as grinders, drills, and saws.
General site cleanup and waste management
Materials handling, loading and unloading,



and ensuring the right gear is in the right place
Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
A successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a Trades Assistant role (or similar)
Be mechanically minded
Ability to satisfy pre-employment medical including D&A; screening
OHS White Card
Reliable transport
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Valuable problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow instructions
