This hands‐on leadership role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with a strong understanding of gaming compliance, proven operational expertise, and a passion for developing high‐performing teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily gaming operations in line with Queensland gaming legislationEnsure full compliance with RSG requirements and OLGR regulationsLead, train and roster gaming and bar staffMonitor gaming performance, revenue and KPIsManage gaming machine maintenance and service providersOversee cash handling, reconciliations and gaming floatsHandle escalated customer enquiries and responsible gaming mattersMaintain a safe and compliant gaming environmentSkills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Gaming Manager or Gaming SupervisorPrevious experience in Clearance ProceduresStrong knowledge of QLD gaming compliance and regulationsCurrent RSA & RSG (QLD)
