This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team of trainers, support facilitators and support officers, and play a key role in the success of education and training programs on the Sunshine Coast.Our client is a well established provider of education and training programs, supporting participants to achieve positive learning and employment outcomes.
As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), they are committed to quality service delivery, solid compliance standards and genuine community impact.As Training Manager, you will provide leadership and support to Trainers, Support Facilitators, Participant Support Officers and Customer Support Officers, ensuring quality service delivery across education and training programs.This role requires sound knowledge of contractual obligations and RTO requirements, along with a strong focus on compliance, coaching and stakeholder relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach trainers in developing, planning and delivering training programs that meet student needs and national requirementsLead and coach support facilitators and participant support officers to build effective relationships with clients and support them to achieve their learning goalsWork collaboratively with the Regional Manager and Community Development Officer to maximise program delivery opportunities and achieve agreed targetsCoach, lead and develop employees to deliver customer and student centric outcomes, and support employees through organisational changeDevelop and maintain effective relationships with communities,



regulators and key stakeholdersProvide guidance and support in relation to relevant legislation, program delivery, policies and proceduresEnsure accurate data capture and recording across relevant systems to support continuous improvement and contractual complianceAre you a natural leader who is passionate about training, education and helping people achieve their goals?
