Talent International have partnered with one of the most prominent organizations in Australia to find their next Business Project Manager to lead a significant program focused on responsible AI adoption, digital capability uplift and organisational readiness.
Key responsibilities
Lead delivery from discovery and pilot through to implementation
Develop an evidence-based business case for responsible AI adoption
Coordinate capability, learning, readiness and change workstreams
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies
Prepare executive reports, briefings and decision papers
Engage with business,



technology and senior stakeholders
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of 5 year's project management experience
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-stream and multidisciplinary projects
Solid knowledge of change management, organisational readiness and adoption
Experience working with AI, emerging technology, digital capability uplift or learning frameworks
The ability to translate ambiguity into practical delivery options and well-developed business cases
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, including experience partnering with senior leadership teams.
