As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape the strategic direction while strengthening customer relationships and elevating our market presence.Required SkillsExpertise in monogastric nutrition, including nutrient analysis, precision feeding, and feed formulationProven ability to design creative feeding programs for poultry and swineStrong capability in assessing novel ingredients and feed additives for health and performance benefitsClear, effective communicator able to present complex technical information to varied audiencesTrack record of delivering customer-focused technical support, training, and advisory servicesCommercial acumen with experience in financial modeling,
