As the business continues to expand, they're looking for a commercially minded Finance Manager to become a key part of the leadership team.
This is a broad role where you'll have the prospect to influence decisions, improve processes and help shape the future of a business that's genuinely going places.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll take ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with leaders across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monthly management reportingBudgeting,



forecasting and cash flow managementFinancial modelling and commercial analysisMonth-end and year-end reportingBAS, GST and statutory complianceOverseeing AP, AR and payrollSupporting operational and commercial decision-makingIdentifying opportunities to improve systems, reporting and business processes
About You
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and likes being involved in the business, not just the numbers.
You'll likely come from an SME or growing business where you've been exposed to both the operational and commercial side of finance.
You'll bring:
Experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant or Management AccountantStrong budgeting, forecasting and cash flow experience
