About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and product projects across our client portfolio.
In this role you will own the full delivery lifecycle — from discovery and scoping through to build, release, and retrospective — managing client relationships, commercial outcomes, and cross-functional teams throughout.
The ideal candidate bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, and is equally comfortable running a discovery workshop with a client as they are coordinating a sprint with a development team.
While your primary portfolio sits across technology and product accounts, you'll work within a collaborative delivery team and will occasionally support cross-functional projects spanning marketing, growth, and brand — ensuring continuity and quality across the agency's full service offering.ResponsibilitiesProject deliveryLead end-to-end delivery of technology and product projects across the agency's client portfolioLead technical discovery processes, including requirements gathering, feature prioritisation, and scope definitionDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and budgetsIdentify and manage project risks, dependencies, and scope changes proactivelyFacilitate internal team meetings, sprint ceremonies, stand-ups, and delivery checkpointsMaintain project tracking and reporting across all active engagementsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the standard expected by clientsSupport cross-functional delivery across marketing, growth, and brand projects during peak periodsAccount managementServe as the primary client contact for a defined portfolio of technology and product accountsLead client discovery workshops,



project kickoffs, status updates, and review meetingsManage client expectations around timelines, deliverables, technical constraints, and change requestsIdentify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional scope or servicesPrepare and present project proposals, estimates, and statements of work in collaboration with senior leadershipInternal coordinationCoordinate across development, QA, UX, and creative disciplines to resource and schedule project workManage hybrid teams across local and remote environmentsProvide clear technical briefing and product context to team members at project initiationEscalate resourcing, quality, or timeline issues to leadership as neededCommercial and operationalTrack project profitability and flag budget variances earlySupport accurate time and cost tracking to maintain visibility on job-level performanceContribute to process improvement across technical delivery workflowsAssist with onboarding of future delivery hires as the team growsRequirementsProven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Senior PM in an agency or consultancy environmentStrong understanding of product development methodologies — Agile, sprint-based delivery, backlog management, and hybrid approachesExperience leading discovery-to-outcome engagements across complex technology or product projectsAbility to bridge business and technical stakeholders, translating client needs into transparent development team directionStrong commercial acumen — job costing, margin tracking, and budget managementAbility to manage hybrid teams across local and remote environmentsExcellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiencesBachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
