We partner with Tier 1 clients across AustraliaAbout the RoleWorking on a 2:1 roster, you'll play a key role in safely and efficiently delivering concrete in office while upholding our safety standards and operational excellence.Your duties will include:Operating concrete boom pumps safely and efficiently, delivering concrete to designated heights and locations across construction sitesConducting pre-start inspections and routine maintenance to keep pumps performing at their bestWorking closely with site managers and construction teams to coordinate timely,



efficient concrete deliveryFollowing all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure work environmentSupporting continuous improvement in concrete pumping operationsAbout YouSkills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years' concrete pumping experience (large-scale civil/mining project experience preferred)FIFO/remote project experience preferredCurrent PB High Risk Work LicenceCurrent driver's licence (HR preferred)White CardRelevant VOC or Pump Operator competencyWorking at Heights ticket (preferred)Experience with the following is an advantage:33m Z-fold boom pump20m Bi-fold boom pumpLine pumpWhat We Offer14 days on, 7 days off, 14 nights on FIFO rosterOngoing work across major mining and civil projectsOpportunity to work with a growing national contractor and Tier 1 clientsStrong safety culture within an ISO accredited businessCareer progression opportunities as AWCON continues to expand
