We employ many experienced and qualified Building Surveyors who have worked in the Building Industry for over 25 years in both the public and private sectors.With five offices in Recent South Wales and one office in Tasmania, the scope and depth of the services we offer provide exciting opportunities for both our staff and the communities that we serve.We currently have an exciting opportunity to employ a suitably qualified & licensed Building Surveyor to provide building surveying services in our Launceston Office.Applicants must possess:5 years' experience in the assessment of applications for building approval and mandatory stage inspections.Extensive knowledge of the National Construction CodeThorough knowledge of the relevant legislationA current Drivers LicenceRegistration and Licence from CBOS as a Building Surveyor Limited or higher.Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying or relevant qualifications.Australian citizenship or permanent residency statusResponsibilities include:Conducting assessment of applications for Certificates issued under the Building Act ****Conducting mandatory stage inspections of buildings for complianceLiaising with Builders, Owners, Clients and Government agenciesWorking on a vast range of projects.An attractive salary package including a company vehicle, mobile phone, tablet, laptop, CPD training and Superannuation will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
