As a Duty Manager at the Lesday Hotel Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our hotel located in Pennant Hills.
This is a casual role, giving you the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel
Overseeing hotel staff to ensure high standards of service
Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Monitoring inventory and supplies, and placing orders as needed
Assisting with the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
Providing leadership and support to the hotel team as required
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a similar Duty Manager or supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Excellent customer service and communication skills,



with the ability to handle challenging situations
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively
Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
