About the role
MCA Engineering is seeking a qualified Boilermaker Leading Hand / Foreman to join the team in a full-time role based in Parkes.
This role will focus on leading the team of trades, and being hands on in the fabrication,assembly, repair and maintenance of mine site equipment.
Responsibilities:




Leading a team of trades and apprentices in a workshop environmentHands on fabrication and assembly of mine site equipment including metal components and structuresInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints and specificationsConduct repairs and maintenance on plant, equipment and structural assetsIdentify defects and implement appropriate repair solutions
What we're looking for:
Cert III Trade Fabrication at a minimumWhite Card and current drivers licenceExperience as a Leading Hand within a mining company would be viewed favourablyMust be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol testing.Forklift license and confined space tickets would be an advantage
