We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant clinic in Mindarie Quinns Dental centre!
This is a Casual chance offering long-term growth, hands‑on training, and a transparent career pathway within the exciting field of cosmetic and implant dentistry.
About the Role
As a Dental Assistant , you'll play a key role in creating a seamless, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting dentists chairside during a variety of procedures
Preparing, cleaning, and sterilising instruments to top‑tier infection control standards
Delivering qualified, compassionate support to patients
Setting up and maintaining treatment rooms and managing clinical supplies
Contributing to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the clinic
You'll also receive training in dental administration and patient care, gaining valuable skills in a quick‑paced, professional environment.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are willing to work autonomously:
Friendly, confident, and professional in their communication
Well‑presented and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
Detail‑oriented and highly organised
Eager to learn and proactive in their approach
Passionate about healthcare, patient care, and cosmetic dentistry
Previous experience in dental reception or assisting is preferred. A Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting or Business Administration will be highly regarded.
