Pay: $37-$39 p/h + penalties, travel allowance, meal allowance & overtime

Chance: Ongoing work with Temp to Perm potential

We’re looking for reliable, work-ready Roller Operators & Civil Labourers who show up, get the job done right, and take pride in their work.

The Role
Grade checking & supporting general labouring tasks
Operating rollers (smooth & padfoot) with confidence
Delivering consistent, high-quality work on subdivision & bulk earthworks projects
Working as part of a team that depends on each other to get the job done

Requirements




Proven experience in civil construction or roller operation
Roller Ticket (RII) - ESSENTIAL
White Card + relevant safety tickets
Full PPE (long sleeve hi-vis, long pants, steel caps)
Reliable transport & a reputation for turning up and getting stuck in
