Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their finance team.Reporting to the CFO your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:End-to-end payroll processing for approximately 150 employeesManaging payroll workflows, leave approvals and employee changesProcessing new starter documentation and onboarding detailsPreparing payroll reports and maintaining accurate payroll recordsEnsuring payroll compliance with legislation and company policiesCalculating terminations,



redundancies and payroll adjustmentsManaging month-end and year-end payroll reportingSupporting the implementation of a new payroll systemIdentifying opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficienciesLiaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll queriesManaging the payroll inbox and employee enquiriesIdeal Candidate:3+ years' experience as a Payroll Officer or similar payroll-focused roleStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracyExperience managing end-to-end payroll processesConfident communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholdersStrong time management and organisational skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative teamProactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and systemsExperience using HRIS and time & attendance systems
