With sweeping views of the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse, Three Blue Ducks at The Farm Byron Bay is more than just a restaurant - it's a destination.About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced Events Manager to manage the sales, planning and coordination of weddings, functions and events at Three Blue Ducks, Byron Bay & Three Blue Ducks Bellingen.This role is responsible for managing event enquiries, sales, coordinating bookings, wedding planning and styling and delivering outstanding events that reflect the Three Blue Ducks experience.You will oversee events from the initial enquiry through to the week of the event and handing over the execution to our operations team, working closely with the venue management team and kitchen to ensure every event runs smoothly.This role suits someone who is highly organised, guest-focused and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging event enquiries and bookings for the Byron & Bellingen venueCoordinating weddings, corporate events, private functions and large group bookingsPreparing event proposals,
