As a patient care coordinator, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone, having conversations with patients, understanding what they need, and connecting them with the right next step.
We are looking for someone with an ability to build a rapport with our patients and who knows how to talk to patients when they're stressed or unsure.What you'll actually be doingCalling and following up with leads/patients, understanding their situation,
