phones and patient enquiriesProcessing accounts and billing (Medicare, private health, etc.)Supporting our clinical teams dailyHandling confidential medical information with careLiaising with referrers, doctors and patients about appointments/resultsAttending training and team meetingsAbout YouYou're calm, positive and love helping people in a busy healthcare environment.
