This is a varied role combining parts interpretation, customer service, sales administration and hands-on warehouse support.About the roleYou will be responsible for identifying and supplying the correct parts for our internal and external customers while delivering a consistently high standard of service.Your responsibilities will include:Responding to customer parts enquiries by phone, email and in personInterpreting parts requirements accurately and efficientlyPreparing quotes and processing sales ordersDeveloping strong product knowledge across the machinery and equipment supported by TRTCompleting sales, purchasing and stock-control transactions in Pronto ERPOrdering and expediting partsAssisting with goods receiving and dispatchPicking,



packing and relocating stock when requiredSupporting general office and warehouse administrationParticipating in training and continuous improvement initiativesContributing to TRT's commitment to Zero HarmAbout youTo succeed in this position, you will ideally have:Previous parts interpreting experienceExperience with heavy machinery, transport, automotive or equipment partsStrong customer service and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailA systematic and highly organised approachThe ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience using ERP or inventory management softwareCompetence with Microsoft Office applicationsThe confidence to work independently and as part of a teamA current driver's licenceAustralian working rightsExperience using Pronto ERP would be advantageous, although training can be provided.Why join TRT?
