This is a full time position based in Loganholme, Queensland, offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to work for a dynamic and purpose-driven company.What you'll be doingProvide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance managementAssist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiativesCoordinate and administer employee training and development programsMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and supportContribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the overall people and culture strategyWhat we're looking forMinimum 2 years of experience in a generalist HR roleStrong understanding of Australian employment laws, HR best practices,
