Willow Tree Kindergarten - Campbelltown NSW
Willow Tree Kindergarten & WTK OSHC are currently seeking Casual Educators to join our expanding Out-of-School Hours Care (OOSH) programs at Rosemeadow, St Helens Park and Kentlyn schools.
You'll be part of a warm, community-driven team committed to providing high-quality education and care for school-aged children in our local public-school settings.
We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and professional educators who are passionate about working with children and committed to creating fun, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences before and after school, during Vacation Care, and occasionally within our Long Day Care service.
About the Role
You'll support and deliver engaging play-based learning experiences for children aged 5-12 in a safe, inclusive and supportive environment.
Working collaboratively with our team, guide children's development through intentional teaching, programming, and meaningful relationships.
Hours of Operation:
Before School Care: from 6:30am - 9:00am
After School Care: 2:30pm - 6:00pm
Vacation Care: Must be available between 6:00am - 6:00pm
Long Day Care (as needed): 7:00am - 5:30pm (optional extra work if suitable for the role)

Minimum Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care(Unqualified applicants may be considered if they are the right fit or willing to further their studies)
Current HLTAID004 (First Aid in an Education & Care Setting, including Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR)
Valid Working with Children Check
Police Check or willingness to obtain
Accredited Child Protection Certificate & Child Safe NSW Certificate or willingness to obtain
Food Safety & Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain
Strong understanding of child protection responsibilities and commitment to a child-safe environment
Experience in OOSH and/or Long Day Care settings
Experience with children with additional needs or behaviour support is highly valued.
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant legislation
Familiarity with key learning frameworks, including:
My Time, Our Place (MTOP) for OOSH
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) for Long Day Care
Confidence in programming and developing engaging, inclusive learning experiences
Interest in curriculum approaches such as:
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics)
Loose parts play
The Curiosity Approach
Project-based learning
Nature play and sensory exploration
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work independently and take initiative
A warm, enthusiastic and collaborative personality
Commitment to professional learning and continuous improvement
