Caravan Manufacturing Assembly/FitterAustrack Campers is seeking general factory hands to join our team.
As a full-time role based in our Caboolture, Queensland facility, you will play a key part in the manufacturing and assembly of our range of high-quality caravans and camper trailers.Your day might be assisting in the Manufacturing of our Luxury offroad units or helping the team assemble our other products from other brands.
From assembly to quality control, there is something always to do!
What you'll be doingAssemble and fit out caravans and camper trailers from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality finishCarry out a variety of manufacturing and assembly tasks, including framing, panelling, wiring, plumbing,



and installing fixtures and fittingsOperate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organised and protected work environmentCollaborate with the wider manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlinesWhat we're looking forExperience in a similar caravan, camper trailer or manufacturing assembly role (Not required but encouraged)Strong practical skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishingProficient in the use of a range of hand and power toolsGood communication and teamwork skillsA commitment to workplace health and safetyWhat we offerAt Austrack Campers', we pride ourselves on being a family-owned business with a strong focus on employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
