This is a key advisory role supporting our executive and finance and construction teams across project financing, construction contracts and property transactions, and major capital works.
You will be the go-to expert for all finance-related legal matters, ensuring our business operates with confidence and full legal compliance across every deal we close.What you'll be doingFinance & lendingReview and advise on mortgage documentation and loan agreementsInterpret finance facility agreements and term sheetsmanage end to end process from documentation to meeting CPs to financial closePEXA management for settlementContracts & complianceDraft, review,



and negotiate construction and subcontractor contractsAdvise on security interests, caveats, and chargesEnsure compliance with PPSR, NCC, and relevant legislationSupport risk management across the project lifecycleWhat we're looking forAdmitted to practice in NSW (or nationally)Analyze and summarize construction contracts and legal documentsDemonstrated ability to read and comprehend complex finance documents, mortgages, and loan structuresStrong analytical and written communication skillsHighly desirableContract law backgroundFamiliarity with construction finance and development fundingComfortable advising non-legal stakeholders
