You'll step into a team that walks alongside people in moments of crisis and helps build stability, safety and connection that lasts.suitable candidate must have access to their own vehicle that is fully registered and comprehensively insured, as travel across multiple Southwest Sydney locations will be required.

safety and connectionA valid NSW Paid Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)Consent to be added to the Residential Care Workers RegisterMinimum availability of 25 hours per weekHolds a valid P2 or Open Driver Licence and has access to a reliable, insured vehicleAttained or working towards a relevantBachelor's Degree or Diploma (Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.)Why KandaAt Kanda, you're supported from day one with paid induction, structured shadow shifts and ongoing training including Therapeutic Crisis Intervention and the Sanctuary Model.
