Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to safety, innovation, and exceeding customer expectations.The OpportunityWe are looking for an organised and self-motivated Compliance Administrator's who will be foremost working together with our Safety team.
The main responsibilities will be providing administrative support in the form of liaising with other internal teams to ensure compliance objectives are met and organising training and inductions for our staff to ensure they meet the requirements of our customer.
This critical role within our business ensures a smooth-running of our daily operation and contribute to meeting our compliance objectives.What We Are Looking ForAssist in maintaining online systems & client platforms (eg. Hammertech, Rapid, Simpel, Beakon, 3DSafety, Rail / R.I.W.)Assist with booking staff inductions,



medical screening, refresher training, and upskilling initiativesAssist maintaining PPE supply and office stock levels in depotSupport internal teams as requiredConduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.Maintain high standards of communication across all departments and sites.Skills and QualificationsExperience in maintaining employee & fleet records within company systemFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and OutlookSound data entry skills.Ability to multitask and prioritise projectsCustomer service orientedAbility to liaise with clients in a skilled mannerGood organisational, computer and communication skillsStrong work ethic with the ability to work as part of a teamReliability and flexibilityWhat we offerFriendly work environmentOpportunities for advancementImmediate start possibleRemuneration package depending on skills and experience
