The Opportunity
KBR is seeking an experienced and detail oriented Configuration Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining configuration management processes that ensure the integrity, traceability, and control of project deliverables across their lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex and high-impact projects within a collaborative and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain configuration management plans, processes,



and proceduresControl and manage changes to project baselines, ensuring proper documentation and approval workflowsMaintain accurate configuration records, including documentation, specifications, and version controlConduct configuration audits and reviews to ensure compliance with standards and requirementsCollaborate with engineering, project management, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on configuration processesSupport risk management by identifying configuration-related issues and implementing corrective actionsEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards, policies, and contractual requirements
As The Ideal Candidate, You Will Bring
Proven experience in configuration management within a complex project or engineering environmentStrong understanding of configuration management principles, tools, and best practicesExperience with document control and change management systemsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary teamRelevant tertiary qualification in engineering, IT, project management, or a related field (desirable)Must have Australian citizenship & active NV1 AGSVSA Security Clearance.
