You'll resolve tickets end-to-end, from quick requests through to disputes, and chase overdue invoices on recurring accounts via phone and email.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the main customer service inbox: calls, emails,



and textsSupport customers with payments, job updates, and changes to recurring servicesUpdate job records in Jobber and billing details in XeroChase overdue invoices via phone and email (debt collection)Resolve customer disputes with empathy, aiming to retain customersEscalate only rare, responsible, or sensitive mattersWhat We're Looking For2+ years' experience in customer service, accounts, or collections (high-volume preferred)Experience with, or confidence learning, Jobber and XeroConfident handling payment conversations and difficult customersA positive, helpful energy and a calm, organised approach under pressureComfort working across private, commercial, NDIS, Aged Care, and insurance clients
