Rochedale Family Practice is a modern, AGPAL-accredited, privately owned general practice committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred healthcare.
We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
This is a part-time position (2–3 days per week), with flexibility for the right candidate.
About the Role
As part of our experienced nursing team, you will provide a broad range of clinical services, including:
Chronic disease management (GPCCMP)
Health assessments
Immunisations and vaccine management
Wound care and treatment room procedures
ECG, Spirometry and ABI assessments
Assisting with minor procedures
Infection prevention and quality improvement
Patient education and health promotion
About You
You will have:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience working in Australian general practice.




Strong clinical and organisational skills.
The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Experience with Best Practice software (preferred but not essential).
Experience with chronic disease management and treatment room nursing will be highly regarded.
