With both full‐time and part‐time roles available, this is a great opportunity to join a team that values quality, teamwork, and genuine care for residents.As our Maintenance Officer, you'll be responsible for keeping our Macquarie Park sites operating smoothly and looking their best.
You'll support the Maintenance Team Leader with a mix of planned and reactive maintenance, gardening, inspections, and general property upkeep.Your work helps create safe, comfortable, and welcoming spaces that residents feel every single day.In this role, you will:Assist with day‐to‐day maintenance and gardening tasksCarry out physical inspections of buildings and groundsSupport planned and reactive maintenance activitiesEnsure documentation is accurate and compliantWork safely and uphold WHS standardsDeliver service with empathy, patience, and respectAbout the teamYou'll join a supportive, down‐to‐earth team that values collaboration, accountability, compassion, and inclusivity.
