We are looking for a results and relationship driven Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our clients. You'll be joining a team that lives our values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination and Thriving Together, guiding how we support clients, our communities and each other.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job prospects
Proactively identify leads through networking and market engagement
Partner with Job Coaches to prepare candidates for the labour market and align them with employer needs
Deliver post-placement support to employers to ensure long-term employment success
Collaborate with internal teams to support clients at risk and improve retention outcomes
Work to KPIs and performance targets in a quick-paced, purpose-driven workplace
