Retail Assistant – Lifeline

We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Assistant to join our Lifeline team at Keperra. You’ll help maintain a welcoming shop experience, manage stock, and provide excellent customer service to support our suicide prevention and community initiatives.

Responsibilities
Ensure product merchandising and store presentation meet high standards.
Complete inventory management and stocktaking.
Assist customers with enquiries and sales.

Qualifications
Passion for retail and a genuine desire to thrive in a rapid‑paced setting.
Passion for the local community and building relationships.
Ability to recognise potential and promote store growth.
Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, positive attitude and valuable personal presentation.
First‑class customer service skills.




Ability to work independently or within a team.
Availability to work weekends.
