We are currently seeking experienced Electricians for ongoing fixed plant shutdowns at Talison Lithium – Greenbushes.

The Prospect

This is more than just a single shutdown. Successful candidates will have the prospect to join our shutdown crew for ongoing day and night shift work across future shutdown campaigns.

Rates & Benefits
Day Shift: $75.00 flat per hour
Night Shift: $85.00 flat per hour
Up to 3 hours travel allowance each way ($225 each direction )
Paid 12-hour shifts (lunch breaks paid)
Accommodation provided (off-site)
Travel with the CrewSELECT team or use your own vehicle
Ongoing shutdown prospects for reliable performers

Scope of Work





Working on a lithium processing fixed plant, duties will include:
General electrical shutdown maintenance
Inspection and testing of electrical equipment
Cleaning and preventative maintenance
Replacing electrical components
Re-torquing terminals
Fault finding and testing to ensure plant reliability

Location: Talison Lithium – Greenbushes, WA
Roster: Ongoing shutdown work
Shift Length: 12-hour paid shifts
Accommodation: Provided

To Be Successful You Will Have
Current WA Electrical Licence
Current Driver’s Licence
Construction White Card
Working at Heights (within 2 years)
Confined Space (within 2 years)
HRWL – EWP
Current LVR/CPR (within 12 months)
