The service provision is delivered by working in partnership to build the skills and capacity of caregivers to understand and promote wellbeing outcomes for their child/ren and reducing the risk of these children entering into the child protection system.Who you areUniversity qualifications in Social Work or relevant discipline.Demonstrated ability to support children (0-12 years) and families with vulnerabilities such as social isolation, domestic and family violence, mental health, drug and alcohol misuse, child behaviour management concerns and a lack of parenting skills.Demonstrated commitment to child focused practice, a well-developed understanding of Child Protection practices, and a sound understanding of relevant legislation.Knowledge and experience in coaching caregivers to strengthen parenting capacities to promote their child/rens wellbeing.Robust networking skills and a knowledge of local community servicesDemonstrated ability to work with culturally diverse (CALD and Aboriginal) families and communitiesExcellent relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills with experience working with a range of stakeholders including families, government,
