The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our well‐established team in Acland to manage the servicing, maintenance and repair of a fleet of haulage trucks and ancillary equipment.
The ideal person for this role will have the capability to hit the ground running and lead a strong team.

Qualifications and Experience
Mechanical Trade CertificationMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership roleMust have prior experience in a heavy transport or mining environmentAdvanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power PointStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of peopleAbility to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolutionAbility to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environmentAbility to work well within a small team environmentMust have a 100% commitment to complying with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures
