You'll take a hands‐on role in matters and provide practical, commercially focused advice that directly supports your clients and their businesses.
We're looking to speak with lawyers with approximately 2 -8 years PAE who have a solid grounding in corporate and commercial law.
You'll ideally have experience across front-end corporate matters, a strong understanding of the Corporations Act, and proven capability in contract drafting, transactions and corporate compliance.
