As a Swim Teacher you will be developing and delivering lesson plans that promote swimming skills in school aged children, combining stroke development with water safety and enhancing the overall confidence and ability of your students.

Key Responsibilities
Follow our inhouse lesson plans while showing us your personality and flare through execution
Recommend students for level progression as appropriate
Provide excellent customer service to parents and students alike
Be motivated and committed to perform to a high standard each shift
Be friendly, polite, and approachable at all times within our facility
WHAT YOU NEED
To be successful in this role you will have:
A passion to teach children of all ages and foster a positive learning environment
An ability to work well in a team and contribute to the open exchange of ideas and discussion
A self-motivated and customer-oriented attitude
ASCTA or AUSTSWIM Qualification
(TSW - SISSS*****)
- (we will guide you on how to best obtain this qualification)
Current CPR Certification - (can be provided on-site before commencement of your employment)
Valid Working with Children checks (or willingness to obtain)
