Employing over 550 staff, Sci-Fleet has multiple Toyota, Lexus and Hino dealerships spanning across South East QLD which look after all aspects of motoring including Parts, Service, Finance, and Insurance.We are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to be our Service Receptionist at our Taringa Dealership.The role involves the following duties:handle all incoming calls in a friendly and productive mannercreate and manage appointment bookings (phone/online/in person)ensure all mail is distributed correctlyprepare, manage, and close off Repair Orders noting customers requirements and requestsorder stationery and suppliesassist guests with loan vehicle agreements,
