What you will do
Own the processing engine for a senior account executive: quoting, renewals, endorsements, invoicing and file notes, done fast and done right.
Manage the workflow so nothing slips.
Renewals started early, deadlines held, the diary under control.
Prepare everything so your account executive can spend their time on the phone with clients, where they are at their best.
Keep files audit‐clean and compliant.
In our business, quality is never traded for speed.
What you will bring
Tier 1 General Insurance qualification.
This is a must.
Solid business pack and commercial motor experience.




SCTP on Steadfast is a strong plus.
A genuine love of processing and organisation.
You get things done and you get them right.
Speed with accuracy.

Sound judgement and the backbone to raise your hand when something is not right, rather than let it through.
